You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing for subscriptions, packages, implementation, hardware, and services will be shown on the relevant product page, checkout page, quotation, invoice, or written agreement (as applicable).
Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude applicable taxes, levies, or bank charges.
We may update prices and packages at any time. Price changes for subscriptions will apply from the next renewal date, unless otherwise stated.
We may accept online payments via payment providers such as PayHere and other channels we enable from time to time.

If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless your plan states otherwise.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to make the payment (the payment initiated medium itself).
All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation provided by AlphinTech are owned by AlphinTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Services during your active subscription or under your agreement. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Services unless we give written permission.
You retain ownership of content and data you upload or submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant AlphinTech permission to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and share Customer Data.
Some features may integrate with third party services (SMS providers, email services, analytics tools, maps, payment processors, and similar). Third party services are governed by their own terms and policies. AlphinTech is not responsible for third party systems outside our control.
We aim to keep Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.
Support channels and response times may vary by plan or agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphinTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
If we are found liable, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to AlphinTech for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months immediately before the event (or LKR 10,000 if you paid nothing), unless a different limit is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
On termination, your right to use the Services stops. Certain clauses survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms).
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
